Hello everybody!  It's been a pretty good week i would have to say.  Lots of parties that we got invited to and lots of food for the fridge!  Anyway my zone went to the temple Wednesday and we had a blast.  Yesterday I lost a 18 year old kid......yup 18 year old kid AT church!! haha it was really funny actually first off Ellen had to go get Tim from work so they could make it to Sunday school so they left Brian at the church and I was keeping track of him but then somebody stopped me and asked me something then next thing I knew brain was gone!!! ahh I was freaking out so Ellen got back to the church and I told her I have no idea where he went so we looked around the entire church like 5 times each outside and inside.  so Ellen was like ok ill go for a little drive and see if he tried to walk home.....o important note he is autistic, ADD, and something else......anyway after Sunday school got out we found brain lol he was in the 18 year old Sunday school class the entire time! :) so ya funny story there it was intense and now pretty fun to tell people!  Well that was pretty much my week just lots of stuff going on because of Christmas!  I hope you all enjoy your self’s this week!  Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night ;)

Snow Day!!

Yes even us as missionaries have snow days.  Yesterday we got Red dotted which means that we have to stay in our apartments ALL STICKEN DAY!!! We weren’t able to drive or anything, mainly because of the "Nor eastern" which really wasn’t even that bad.  Sure it snowed over a foot in less then uh 5 hours I think, but still it wasn’t even a blizzard I could see clearly outside haha. Wyoming storms are way worse and E. Gardner and I were like what the heck we could totally drive in this safely!  o well it was still an alright day :).  As for Christmas it was pretty epic to say the least.  Missionaries get quite spoiled out here.  I honestly think that I got more presents this year then I have the past 3 or 4 years back home :).  Then we had dinner with the Clarks and it was quite fun.  Dinner its self was pretty much thanksgiving all over again but it was really good!  Then we played a couple games and just had a good time.  Other then that the week was really crazy!  We were going all over the place just teaching people and wishing them a merry Christmas....we tried to get 20 lessons but we were only able to get 16, but that’s alright we were still crazy busy and a couple days kind of screwed us over.  Mainly Friday because we had to go to Nausha (which is a 1.5 hour drive) for breakfast, which was amazing by the way, and we had a white elephant gift exchange and I got a REMOTE CONTROLL CAR!!!! haha its way fun to play with after a  long day.  After that we went home and we had like an hour before we needed to go to out dinner appointment with the Schillemats, who by the way is like HALF of our ward, there a way cool family :). After that  we went to Poul's house and they gave us a Stocking filled with stuff one of which was a Letherman and a knife! there way handy :) it was way nice of him to give us that and it's something that i will be able to use for quite some time......just as long as I put it on the suite case that isn’t going to be on the plane when I come home haha.  Well I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas and just love your life’s right now :) don’t worry if anything wrong is going down it will all work out in the end!  I love you all very much talk to you soon!!!!

missionaries aren’t robots

How ya all doin :) alright so it’s been kind of a funny week to say the least.  So first off this week was going as normal, but then we decided to do tours on Tuesday night because Tyler was getting his baptism interview (he failed -_ but that’s ok he is on parole for something so no baptism like we planned but heck it happens :) just get back at it and try again) so I ended up going to Nausha NH for the night/day.  First off everything was normal, we woke up worked out ate breakfast and have our studies.  That’s when things started to get a bit weirder :) so first off we went to this members house that have tricycles that are the size of normal grown up bicycles!!! it was actually pretty pimp haha but that family is CRAZY like the wife was showing me all her catices (which were actually pretty cool) and then she started talking about food and i was told that I needed to say MMMMM really loud and when I did she was like "O I got another ones apitate going" haha yup she does that every time I guess and ya there was other stuff that they supposedly do but nothing too odd happened i guess from what I’ve been told.  anyway next we were going to go to this gay guys house who is investigating but I guess he had a huge crush on one of the elders haha but he wasn’t home so i didn’t get to see him.  Then the day was normal after that we went to another investigator and talked with him for an hour had a lesson and what not.  Lastly we went to chase house, he was supposed to come with us to a referral but he didn’t have any clean clothing to change into so we ended up staying at his place for like 5 hours haha (that never happens but its what we did for some reason) anyway there is a huge story to this guy but ill just give the crazy part.  So E. Clemets saw I way to get into the attic and was like "that would be a good place to hide stuff" and chase was like 'o hey there’s a bong up there' at this point clements had gone to the opening and was looking inside so chase told him to get in the attic and go get the bong haha well clements did after a few minuets and brought it down. I was laughing so hard like really did he just get a bong!  then after that chase asked clements about weed and how Washington weed is supposed to be the best i guess (clements is from washington) and he was like well that’s what I’ve been told.  So chase told his roommate to GO GET HIS WEED!!!! hahah o heck yup anyway he enede up finding his weed and the hade clements smell it....after they closed it and put it all away I ended up getting an after smell while we went up to chases room to finish up talking to him about something that was on him mind that I cant spill like I normally would.  ANYWAY  ya it was a crazy visit like i didn’t know what to think but it was fun (nobody smoked if your thinking that just showed us the weed)  then i saw them playing Black Ops on the x-box and one of them tossed a controller to me and i just froze and had no idea what to do so i just told the guy that i don’t think I’m supposed to play, and gave him the controller back.  after that i sat down and talked to the guy...his names is josh.....and got to know him a lil bit and it was good for him from what chase told us because that was he know that missionaries aren’t robots and are normal people like anybody else is :) anyway that’s my crazy story for the week.  so ya hahah missions are very interesting and the oddest things happen that you would never see coming :) cool experiences i must say actually but heck it was a good lesson with chase and we ended up helping him with his issue and what not.  Well there’s a good story for you all to read :) i love you all peace out!

Turkey ball!!!

Hello there everybody who gets these e-mails :)!  So i completely forgot to tell you about my Turkey ball!!! It was so much fun!!! So we played flag football on thanksgiving hence turkey ball haha :) anyway it was really fun. We started playing at 9am and stopped at around 1130ish :).  so I pretty much owned the opposite team :) I have a lot of dives and "tackled" a lot of people, my teammates were really surprised....so was I actually :) I pretty much owned...not to sound stuck up or anything but I usually suck at sports so I was pretty proud of my self for once haha.  Anyway we all had a lot of fun :) everybody played fair and there was not real bad competition so everybody was just happy :).  so when the first kick happened i ended up getting the ball and the ground was frozen I started booking it and was running really fast, somebody from the other team tried to take my flags but I ended up doing a circle thing and blocking his hand but then I lost my traction and did a big front flip and got owned by the ground ahha I still have a small scab from it :) the ground took me out 2 or 3 more times after that but I didn’t care I was having fun.....the next day though ahah I did care E. Gardner and I could barely walk and getting out of the car almost got me sweating! haha well not that bad but it really was a work out for a couple days, it was worth it though :) i think that’s something our family needs to start doing :) Turkey Ball!!!  Alright so this week well we have a baptism on the 12th!!!! his name is Tyler and he’s 18 we think anyway he just moved back in with his mom and she asked if he wanted to have the missionary discussions :) well its been I think 4 or 5 weeks and now he’s getting baptized! im pretty pumped for it, I’m not doing anything as in the baptism or confirming him but i don’t care about that im just excited that im getting a baptism :) I’m meeting my goal of 1 baptism...well now i need to make it 2 haha but anyway E. Gardner and i are really happy about it!  So this Sunday was really good, i think it’s thee best fast and testimony meeting I’ve ever been to!  There were so many people that went up to the pulpit that we went 30 minutes over in sacrament meeting! That never happens!!! last fast Sunday in this ward was really lame so i wasn't expecting much but I guess you cant judge anything rite :) I’m glad that it went as it did i learned a lot and i almost decided to go up but ya I’m not that....uh....idk the word but ya :) anyway that’s been my week...o so ya i went to this concert thing called The Messia it was a opera kind of thing but not....hard to explain but it was really cool there were all string instruments a trumpet and obo's i think then a choir behind them and 4 soloist who were the opera singers ahah anyway it was really good :) well i think that’s all i got for this week :) i love you all talk to you soon
